2016 Cross Country Camps

The camp will each be seven days and six nights with campers staying in Piedmont College residence halls and eating at the dining hall to experience the Lion lifestyle. The camp will include many of the participant's favorite activities from years past as well as several new additions. In 2014, Piedmont College saw over 12 teams and 120 individuals on campus for the camp which was themed "Go the Distance." This year, the theme will be "Gold Standard" with more information released soon regarding specific plans and coaches/speakers in attendance.

Individual Camp:  July 16th - 22nd

Grades: Rising 9th - 12th graders
Cost: $400 per Camper
Limited To First 100 Campers

Coach Registration
Cost: $400 per Coach

Parents are encouraged to attend camp sessions and watch their children. 
Remember to cheer loudly and be positive!

Coaches who bring 5 or more Campers attend and board for FREE. All coaches will receive a shirt with paid  registration or if they are bringing 5 registered campers with them. One team is allowed a maximum of 4 coaches regardless of the number of athletes registered. A minimum of 20 athletes must be met from their team before they can bring 4 coaches.

Our friendly and knowledgeable coaching staff brings a wide variety of running and coaching experience from the college to the high school level. Piedmont College trainers will be available before and after our runs.

Runners will have an opportunity to trek through the scenic Chattahoochee National Forest. There are many team activities, as well as instruction in the area of nutrition, goal setting and mental preparation.

What to Bring
 * 2-3 pairs of running shoes  * Sweatshirt and rain gear
 * Casual Clothes & shoes  * Swimsuit
 * Personal toiletries  * Soap/shampoo,etc
 * Towel  * Linens for single bed
 * Pillow, blanket or sleeping bag  * Insect repellant
 * Spending money  * EPI-PEN, if allergic to bee stings

All campers are housed in Piedmont College dorm rooms and all meals are served buffet style in the college cafeteria.
